YES! We are closed between 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM, during this 2 hour nap/lunch the pups are crated.

If you missed your designated day and a 24 hour notice was not given the day you missed will be non-refundable. If you’re looking to “swap” your days please talk to staff and we can see what we can do.

We have a 2 day per week minimum due to pups age, energy and play style. This is subject to change at the discretion of Waggs and Woofs.

Waggs and Woofs will hold your dog(s) spot in our doggy daycare at no charge for up to one week per year. After one week, you will be responsible for ½ your weekly rate, after three weeks your full daycare rate will need to be paid to hold your pups spot.

We understand life happens. We ask if you’re going to be late for pick up you MUST call to notify us prior to the 6PM pick up time. Late pick up the 1st time is given a warning, after which if you fail to notify us pass 6:15PM you will be charged $25

We ask all dogs that are showing signs of illness (EXAMPLES: diarrhea, coughing, nasal and eye discharge) to be kept at home, if you do bring them in we have the right to refuse admission for that day.

Our main concern is everyone’s safety, we follow a “school closing” policy during winter storms. This means when Stillwater school district is closed that also means Waggs and Woofs is closed also. If there is a delay our program will run as a normal day.

All canceled snow days will be refunded to all clients.

NO, due to safety reasons we do not allow drop ins or visitors.

All pets in our doggy daycare program must have all vaccines required (Rabies,Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella), they also must be spayed/neutered if over 8 months old. We also require them to pass our evaluation, for legal and safety reasons. We also recommend K9 cough, but it is not required.

All dogs must be 4 months of age for all services and all vaccinations are up to date

If you’re looking to schedule an evaluation please call 518-441-6499 or email k9adventures@waggsandwoofs.com Evaluations can be scheduled Monday-Thursday. Non refundable evaluation fee of $40 plus tax (full day). No reservations will be held until evaluations are done.

When you bring in your dog for their evaluation we ask that you drop them off for AT LEAST 4 hours. Upon arrival, it is likely that your pet will be overly excited or anxious at their new surroundings so this time frame allows us to really see how your pet operates in new surroundings, and around other animals.

We are trained to pick up on all of your dog’s cues: breathing, body language, sounds, etc. While most dogs are able to pass the evaluation, not all pups make it through. This in NO way implies that you have an aggressive or antisocial pup. This simply means that they were unable to adapt to these specific surroundings in a way that we (and your pup) were comfortable with. You are welcome to retake the evaluation if your pup did not pass. (Sometimes they are just having an off day). We will discuss your pet’s test with you, in detail, at the time of pickup

We are Fear Free Pet Professional certified, have completed Dog Guru’s 101 & 201 training programs. We are also CPR certified and trained in animal first aid care.

We offer two indoor climate controlled play areas with special rubberized flooring specifically designed for canine use. **dogs should never play on concrete floors to help protect their joints and paws**

YES, this is one of the many reasons we do evaluations. Your dog(s) will be evaluated and properly grouped.

YES, We can give your dog 1 on 1 playtime and enrichment time.

Waggs and Woofs is more than just a playdate for your dog(s). Dogs who attend doggy daycare are more apt to following commands as these commands are reiterated throughout the day by daycare staff. They are less likely to suffer from separation anxiety because studies show dogs who attend doggy daycare are less anxious, which means less destructive behaviors like chewing on furniture or soiling the home. The physical and mental stimulation of being in a pack is something all dogs inherently crave, they look forward to seeing their pack-mates, playing games/enrichment and coming home a happy, and tired pup. Doggy daycare also helps provide energy outlets which leads to a healthier fit dog. In addition it provides a peace of mind while the pet parent is away for the day.
